I'm back sooner than I thought I'd be. I was watching yet another episode of House and they referenced an enzyme deficiency that is treated with a high carb/high sugar diet. The best thing for this deficiency is lots of cakes and candies. I have no idea if this is a real thing but if it is...dang. Why couldn't I have ended up with that instead of diabetes? I'd be able to manage that brilliantly! lol
