I just completed a questionnaire online from the University of Regina Clinical Research Lab. The survey is voluntary and of course confidential. It took me about 25 minutes to complete online (the link below says it takes 1 hour - I'm fast I guess).
It's the first online survey I've ever done, and some of the questions were interesting to answer, that made me think about how I handle my life with diabetes. It's very easy to do, and for each survey that is done, a $1 donation will be given to the Canadian Diabetes Association (CDA).
" The results of the study will provide useful information to clinicians who assist people with diabetes to improve their participation in treatment activities and thus in the future may possibly lead to improved treatment strategies designed to increase participation in treatment activities. "
Give it a go if you like, just click on the link below for more information then what I've written above. Let me know what you think of it if you go ahead with it (I had started last night, went to bed, and finished it up the next day).
